Do not go here!! They falsely advertise botox, and what they are using is a Korean product not Botox brand. I developed a tender burning spot from where the nurse injected, and I went in today for a 2 week check, still having the pain and having minimal improvement in lines . The nurse shrugged her shoulders and told me there was nothing she could do for the pain. Then proceeds to tell me their own product doesn't work as well as dysport or botox, so why tell me the opposite when I first walked in. I had to ask over and over what product they were using. They made it seem it was botox, but they mentioned it was Korean. Not only that I waited 40mins to basically get ignored on my concerns. Basically, I paid for nothing. Volume MedSpa is a holy grail in KTown! I always go out of town for good filler but this place is in the convenience of LA! Not only that but it is clean, has it’s own parking with lots of space, you’re attended in and out. And to top it all of work is great and has wonderful deals! I highltly recommend to check this place out!

I do not recommend this place I went to Volume spa several times without issue with the injector Tony, but I recently went back and they had a different nurse that was doing injections. I Received lip filler and also Botox. I waited for over an hour when I had an appointment already scheduled. But this is not the main problem. It’s been about a week now since I received the Botox in my Masseter Muscles to even out my face and help my TMJ but the Botox was put in incorrectly, and now my face is drooped on one side and lifted on the other, and I am unable to smile and they are extremely unprofessional PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!

DONT GO HERE! Very Unprofessional, first of all It was my first time here and I got lip filler and they made me pay before I got anything done then said oh come back in a hour after I had already paid bc apparently the injector was at lunch, weird but ok but that’s not the weirdest part. I would not recommend coming here. I stumbled upon this place on social media & deeply regret not doing my research. They advertise “walk in welcome” but are not properly staffed to allow walk ins, so if you do try out the place set up an appointment. I payed for my service beforehand which is strange, every other med-spa I’ve been to administers service first then collects payment. After paying & taking pictures, I sat in a room with numbing cream on me for almost an entire hour. No communication, no cordial “hey, we’re running behind” NOTHING, just sitting in a room wondering if they forgot I was in there.
