Wadhams Apothecary

I am about shocked to find the five star reviews here. Although I don’t normally leave poor reviews, my experience with this business has been utterly abhorrent and it has caused undue stress, and missed doses of daily medication to manage illness. My first bad experience was many months ago when the business closed for an extended period to attend a conference and I went without a daily medication for over two weeks because upon their return they “forgot” to mail my prescription, I figured I would give them another try although I found it odd a pharmacy would close completely with no notice to those who rely on them for medication that manages serious medical issues. This place is always so kind and even when they forget to do my prescription, they work hard to get it done ASAP. Being patient is always good, I think being a staff of 4 makes it difficult. And with 1 person unable to work for now, that is rough. I forgot that regular scripts are filled within 24 hours, came in trying to get 1 10 minutes later, but they accommodated me. And they said compounds are 48 hours. Weird that their phone was offline yesterday. But it happens.

Such a great place! Helpful, knowledgeable, and hard working. They're short staffed right now, but they still try to help me out. I figure it's because I'm not rude or impatient, but who knows. Love those girls!

The staff is friendly, warm, fantastic and very personable. This place is my favorite to get medications due to they are very open and honest about medications, logistical issues, etc and work very hard to ensure I can get my stuff without much of a hassle. Also the shop puppies are friendly and cute which cool.

So blessed to have found Wadhams! Sheri & Jane are a breath of fresh air in a pharmacy world where no one knows or cares about you. I hope I can keep them forever as my pharmacy. Thank you for your compassionate care ladies.
