For the most part this store is easy to navigate and find what you are looking for. As always their pharmacy is overwhelmed with little staff and mass amounts of new builds in area 10 to 15000 homes and more coming (just past 1.5 years), they put a lot on the morning pharmacy technician she has drive thru, prescription walk ins, pick ups, call ins, vaccinations and questions. She has 2 arms but needs 8 to be an octopus to cover the window and drive thru. Unfortunately I left because wasnt fair to her or me to stand there for an hour and cars piling up drive thru. I didn't see any associates on floor almost never do except manager pulling online orders for pick up service. Cashier was over at photo because again these workers have to do it all. Total 4 employees visible in whole store. I co

Always a great pace to get what you need and get out or take time looking around for great deals. Amazing the amount and variety of items they have. Pharmacy people are so wonderful; take great time and care to a answer any questions. And Joyce always makes you feel so welcome whether running quick or taking your time. So glad I live close. Also, it's so easy and quick to get flu shot. So much nicer and easier then a Dr's office.

My fiancé and I both had prescriptions the past 2 weeks. Hers took 4 days. I had to call 6-7 times to be put on hold and never responded to. My fiancé called while I was on hold and she somehow got through, while I remained on hold. I’ve used this location for like 20+ years and it’s just gone down the tubes in terms of service. The standard Walgreens store, minus the pharmacy, is a decent place. Going to be using Publix across the street from now on.

This was my first time using the Walgreens Pharmacy in Land O’ Lakes, and it’ll definitely be my last. I called this morning and the woman who answered had a terrible attitude — rude, short, and acting like I was wasting her time. Later I called again to check on my own prescription (just a simple amoxicillin) and was told my wife could pick it up no problem. When my wife showed up, the woman at the counter — Ginny — told her to step aside, get her things together, and get back in line. For what? Nobody ever said anything about needing insurance, and turns out she didn’t even need it. She didn’t need to step out of line either. Ginny was just making things harder for no reason. Here is my experience I called because my photos had been delivered to this particular store. I spoke to Antony who could not find my order in the system. Sent me to another store lovely lady referred me back to Anthony, who was lets say overwhelmed and still unable to find my items. I was informed to call back. I confirmed the delivery when I finally talked to Anthony he tells me he can't find it with a huge attitude. I asked why the tone and I was told I get what I give. After telling him I was heading to their store my stuff was located. Ok go to pick up and now Alberto can't find it. Once again I tell him its there and finally locates it then proceeded to belittle me by saying you have to understand blah blah I dont care.
