Walgreens Pharmacy

Walgreens would not fulfil my prescription unless I came down and waited for it. They said otherwise it would have to be done at the warehouse and it would take a few days to get it done… This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard and I will not be using Walgreens anymore for my prescriptions.

Absolutely terrible place to get your prescription. Had my doctor give me a 30 day supply of medication with 2 refills (90 days worth) After my first month had ran out I went to this Walgreens for the refill and was told that they didn't have it because it showed a 30 day supply. When I told the pharmacist that my Doctor gave me a 90 day supply and that it still showed 2 refills on my bottle, I was told I was wrong. This was upsetting as this is a medication I need to take daily. I then called the pharmacy after confirming that I did indeed still have 60 days worth to try and get them to refill and was told no again. I had to call my doctor so that they could call the pharmacy. This place is absolutely terrible, go down the street to the other Walgreens.

Worst pharmacy ever. SAVE YOUR TIME and SANITY!! They have NEVER saved my insurance information for me, my husband, or my kids. Multiple times I’ve had to tell them how my military insurance works, I’ve even called in before hand to set everything up before going in. Still, they give me nothing but issues, saying I need to pay the full cost anyways and are absolutely rude as soon as I tell them what my insurance is. Even when they tell me everything is covered and ready over the phone I have to still do the whole process over again once I arrive. And heaven forbid my husband tries to get a prescription without me. To top it off, multiple times (every single time) I have gotten the call that my prescriptions are ready just to go in and they are not. My husband and I have had to wait there

This pharmacy location is unbelievably terrible. I have given them so many chances but they have never filled an order on time. They will say an order is ready, then when you arrive they'll say it hasn't been started. They'll say they're out of stock on something and say it will be there tomorrow, then you arrive the next day and they haven't ordered it yet so now it'll be two more days. These issues have happened multiple times here, I'm patient with most things but this is ridiculous.

If you have pet Rx, try Chewie first. They at least will fill the Rx in a timely manner so your pet doesn't experience withdrawals. I don't know about other Walgreens locations, but this one is WHOLLY incompetent on so many levels. My dog takes a simple triglyceride medication...not a narcotic, not a controlled substance...just a simple little pill that helps him process fat and live a little longer without gut pain. But now, he's going through withdrawals because this location lies and gaslights me and says the vet never called it in or that they have called the vet repeatedly to get clearance. The vet says they have called each time and even showed me the call logs. This last time they even spoke to a tech at Walgreens. Yet, the pharmacy would not fill it. I went Sunday and the tech supp
