Love the customer service there especially at the pharmacy.. Majorie is so warm and welcoming and goes above and beyond .. always helpful at any given time She is a keeper .. the others are always courteous as well .. great team work ❣️

The pharmacist was very knowledgeable and helpful. She exceeded professionalism, concern, and care. I needed a vaccine shot and she quick, precise, and pain free with the needle.

Another visit to Walgreens pharmacy and another disappointment. They have 5-6 people behind the counter and most of the time only one of them working with customers. Wait time could be long. If you leave yr prescription and come back later to avoid waiting there 15 min, it still might not be ready. I really wish they would be more organised. Grocery section occasionally has confusing pricing. Meaning that not all advertised discounts are readily available even if you’ve signed up to their system.

Entirely useless pharmacist. She’ll make you wait over an hour for a vaccine, then call a family that came in 30-45 minutes after you first.

Unsafe practices. The person who administered my vaccinations yesterday did them FAR too high (into my shoulder joint, above the deltoid entirely). Not only does this diminish the vaccine effectiveness, but this can cause serious permanent injury (SIRVA) and is entirely preventable with the tiniest bit of care. The fluid from one vaccination didn't even fully enter my body and dripped down my shoulder. I'm in severe pain today (in the shoulder joint, not at all in the muscle as would be typical). I did appreciate that when I called to inform the pharmacist of the improper placement, she thanked me for letting her know and said she would follow up with the person who gave the injection.
