Walgreens Pharmacy

This is likely the busiest Walgreens in Baltimore County. Ironically, it is always understaffed. I have a chronic health condition so I have been coming to this Walgreens (and many other local pharmacies) for 25+ years now. This location has always been busy and understaffed, but it seems to get worse every year. I am not sure whether to blame the employees or management, or just feel bad for them, because I can only imagine the amount of annoyed customers they encounter daily. Sadly, not everyone has the luxury to choose which location they go to for prescriptions- I am sure there are many people who rely on this location for critical needs. If Walgreens is a respectable corporation, they should have done an overhaul here a long time ago- the surrounding community deserves better.

this is the WORST pharmacy. It's past time for them to be open, there's 5 people in line & all employees showed up late & are having a slow conversation loudly while ignoring us. My Dr's offices have stated several times they've sent the prescription yet this store doesn't seem to get them. They keep changing one Rx to generic when it states NOT too & another I was approved by insurance for the generic but the staff just sat on the Rx. calling on the phone to try to get help here is a joke.

This place is a joke. Absolutely horrendous service. I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line, behind 3 other cars who all received their prescriptions. When it was finally my turn to pull up to the window, the shade was down and there was a printed sign on the window saying the drive thru was closed due to "technical difficulties". The pharmacists were all able to see me sitting in my car at the window and refused to address me themselves or even make eye contact to confirm that I needed to go inside. There were 4 more cars behind me. If you know you need to close the drive thru window while there is a line of people who have been waiting to use it, the least you can do is tell those people yourself and apologize for the inconvenience. But no. Not here. Just the slowest service possibl

Terrible customer service, unprofessional staff, indifferent to your healthcare, the staff act like they are mad when you come to pickup your medication, if you call they pick up the phone and immediately put you back on hold 3 to 4 times

Staff is amazing! There's one technician there that always goes above and beyond! (You know who you are!) The pharmacist is also cool
