I am also frustrated with the turnaround time of receiving my prescription but it is due to an obvious manning issue. This location seems to be severely under staffed and those who are there are backed up on the workload which can be overwhelming to anyone. So yes, lines will be long, delays will occur, and express lines will close due to these reasons. I gave a five stars to the staff who are over worked yet are still trying to provide optimal service to satisfy customers/patience under such a stressful and demanding environment. However, tho Management team needs to tighten up on the hiring process and potential wage concerns (they get a 2 stars).

Everybody has already mentioned how terrible this place is so just add my review to the long list of unhappy customers. They really shouldn't mess around with people's medication. Playing games like your health is a game. No reason you should have to wait 3 days for medicine. Unacceptable! Moved my RX to the one on Settlers Landing. Only thing they are not open on the weekends and close at 6 but they get your medicine to you on time.

Pretty amazing how they got the absolute slowest humans on the plant all in one spot to operate this pharmacy. 4 hours of waiting on my prescription 🙃

This pharmacy has put my sons health at risk multiple times by not filling his emergency medication in a timely manner. It is supposed to be filled the same day but it never is and they always have some excuse as to why it isn’t even though they tell us it will be filled on that day.’ every time I go back to pick it up before they close (and I drop off the prescription in the morning giving them all day to fill it) they always have his more minor medication‘s filled but never the emergency medication‘s that he needs that day. You would think that a pharmacist would know and prioritize which medication‘s are most important. Obviously medication’s that you need in order to breathe should take priority. Especially if it’s a new medication and not just a routine refill

Although the staff is nice whenever I pick up my prescriptions, the line for the drive-thru (pictured), and the line inside is always long. The wait is also long. I don’t know if they are under staffed, but it would be nice if they started doing scheduled pick ups or something more organized. Some of these medications might need to be taken ASAP, and to have to wait this long is really ridiculous. I hope they (the company) will do something to help this specific store with this problem. It wasn’t like this when it was open 24 hours. Maybe they should go back to that.
