Walgreens Pharmacy

This is my local store and today marks the second time that the pharmacy is closed unexpectedly. Last time this happened to me was about a month ago and I had to pick up my prescription at another location, which took longer to fulfill. I have asked the cashiers and they just said that they are either understaffed or don’t have a pharmacist on duty. This is really inconvenient as critical medicine cannot be dispensed when needed. If this were to happen a third time in the near future, I would definitely change my pharmacy preference to a different location or business altogether. I hope the management of this location reads this so they can take action and remediate the problem so it doesn’t happen again or simply not as often. Thanks

My son had surgery doctors send in prescription like noon. We got stuck in the hospital I got there right before the closing time. My son medicine was not ready. They will not fill his prescription because they’re closing they don’t give a damn if you have surgery or not. This was my first time using them. It will be the last time too.

This Walgreens does not have good service. The wait in the drive through takes forever and they don't seem to be concerned about. Helping you in a quick and efficient manner. It seems to be difficult to get your prescriptions. Filled on time as well overall poor service

This location is by far the worst Walgreens I’ve ever had to deal with. Their staff is incompetent as well as they never answer the phone. You can sit on hold for 15 to 20 minutes just to be told that they don’t have an answer or there’s nothing that they can do. I’ve had to transfer my prescriptions from this location due to this issue. I hope somebody reads this because they really need to work on their communication and making each other. The customers taken care of. They are very, very, very incompetent and not customer oriented.

Waited on the phone for over an hour and a half, and it said I was first in line, and I still never got a hold of anyone. Finally gave up. I know it’s Walgreen’s fault for short staffing, not the pharmacists, but it’s literally gotten impractical to keep coming here. I’m now calling around to see who I can switch pharmacies to.
