Walgreens Pharmacy

The store is well stocked & clean but the pharmacy takes forever even if you have an appt or if they have texted that your prescription is ready. Staff is pleasant so I blame Walgreens for understaffing. They need to hire a couple of more people for the pharmacy counter, so probably need more people in the back also.

I cannot stand this pharmacy. Picking up a prescription at the window takes 10+ minutes because they disappear. Picking up at the inside counter takes just as long for no apparent reason. I pick up for my husband who can’t physically get there, and I’m having him switch to a different Walgreens for this reason. Go to literally any other Walgreens pharmacy.

They do not ever answer the phone they take forever to fill your prescriptions and when you’re waiting at the window on your lunch break beware you can be waiting 30 minutes to 45 minutes waiting for someone to even answer the window .

yesterday i called the pharrmecy 4 times asking for a pharmisits spent over and hour on hold got hung up on 3 times really

Pharmaceutical department has not alway been helpful or courteous, they’ve been downright rude. I wish I had names, because only once did I get a girl at the counter who was helpful. I am giving serious thought to switching back to Walgreens.
