Walgreens Pharmacy

I pulled up at 658 and the window was already closed. Those couple of minutes MATTER!@ that's not acceptable.. the pharmacy is open til 7, the woman looked directly at me and would not process my request

They NEVER listen! So this time when I dropped off my script I sent a note saying, “I will be using an RX coupon code”. If they can read, why did I get a text and phone to tell me there’s a problem with my insurance?! They are not only eating impaired, they are blind!!! I wasted 25 minutes of my life on the phone to tell them the above. The ONE star they get for having a drive through isn’t worth the hassle! My spouse has had problems with them getting his scripts and halfass service the last two times he has been to the pharmacy. Done!!

Waste of time! Understaffed and management is not a multi tasked nor good with handing difficult situations. Multiple visits to see new employees lost and unattended. When asking for help, management do very little to assist when they finally choose to appear to help. Picture orders constantly misplaced or sent out the door with other customers. Pharmacy….needs much attention. I wish corporate cared enough to check up on these issues!!
