Walgreens Pharmacy

Staff is always helpful & pleasant. However, I often can not find the item I need. I shop at Walmart for my vitamins & supplements because they have a better selection.

Unfortunately, we had a really bad experience with a very unfriendly staff member at the pharmacy department. I don't think that when families are dealing with possibly devastating news about their children that they should then have to deal with rude employees. We received an email from the Walgreens pharmacy saying our prescription was ready to be picked up... so I went there to get our son's medication. Apparently, it's an automated email, and I was unaware of that. This particular employee was very rude about that, and my son's medication was actually not ready. She sent me away, and she stated that those automatic messages get sent all the time. But as a new customer, we don't know that, and honestly, that can be super confusing if the medication isn't actually ready for pick up. So,

This pharmacy is terrible. They have messed up my prescriptions from the very beginning. I ended up switching to another Walgreens in Oshkosh and I have been met with the same rude attitudes that I was met with at this location. We only switched from Wal-Mart because Walgreens was on the way to work. I am regretting that decision and at this point. I would rather drive 30 minutes out of the way to avoid any Walgreens I see.

I used to love it here, I still love the pharmacy staff. The pharmacy is great, but what I think is the manager took a very odd approach to me yesterday. I came in to pick up a few posters I had made, I was told I needed a release form to purchase them. I didn’t have one. I understand that it’s their policy, but a handful of my friends had purchased the same posters within the past month and had no problem with buying them. When I asked why I couldn’t purchase them but my friends could, the manager unraveled the posters in front of everyone standing by, which with the content of the posters was a little embarrassing to me. Very slow service. They are rude and disrespectful. The head pharmacist is very mean and disrespectful and needs to be terminated. Everyone I've talked to about this pharmacy has similar if not the same opinion. Don't come here for your medications. If you've been on medication for years they will hassle you on your meds and even deny giving them to you. I can't make this up and wouldn't. Don't come here
