One of the worst pharmacies in Boston. Treats customers disrespectfully and speaks to them condescendingly.

These pharmacists have been so great to work with! I have several medications that all get refilled at different times, which can get overwhelming and confusing. The staff at this Walgreens pharmacy have always been patient, kind, and really helpful whether on the phone or in person. I know people often just fill out reviews when they're frustrated, so I want to tip the balance back to reflect the awesome experiences I've had here!

The pharmacy staff are very helpful. I’ve never had an issue. Some medications they don’t have but they will try to accommodate by calling another Walgreens pharmacy for you if you can’t wait for them to order it. Everything is locked in the store because of thefts. If you’ve ever had something stolen you should understand why.

This rating is just for the pharmacy; the store is really quite nice. They are fast at filling prescriptions, but go to pick them up and expect to wait 10-20 minute. It doesn't seem to matter what time of day you go; there will always be a line.
