Walgreens Pharmacy

I have been using this pharmacy for decades and in the last year or so, it's gone severely downhill. They've shortened their hours and frequently close for days or hours without notice. I'm very fortunate to only have minor withdrawals of my medication if I go without. I cannot imagine how people that depend on their medications go here. Keep your prescriptions and the prescriptions of your loved ones far away from here. The sad thing is that I really appreciate the staff and find them to be pleasant even though they are severely understaffed and overworked. Do better, Walgreens.

Not only can I not get prescriptions due to erratic hours and lack of a pharmacist, my new pharmacy cannot get through on the phone line either to get prescriptions transferred. It’s unethical to take on pharmacy business that you cannot manage, because it puts the burden on patients to handle the consequences of you being closed all the time.

This pharmacy is terrible. They're supposed to be open at 9am. 10 minutes after not opening, someone comes to say the pharmacist called in sick. I'm out of my medication, and left for work late because they open so late. Now I've lost time on the clock, and still don't have my meds. They've reduced hours, and they're constantly not open when they're supposed to be. This is a multi-billion dollar corporation. Please pay for quality people so your customers can get their scripts. There is no point to calling yourself a pharmacy if you're not open when you're supposed to be! Get it together!

This store pharmacy it not dependable at all. Once again when to pick up scrip and then were closed. Waited 20 min and no one showed even though they said open at 9. This is 3rd time. Sometimes get text stating they are closed when supposed to be open. Its pathetic they are a pharmacy. When asked manager today,he said. ( WELL WE SUBCONTRACT OUT PHARMACY PEOPLE) MAYBE YOU GET BETTER CONTRACTORS THEN? SEEMS PRETTY FREQUENT. WILL NEVER GO IN THAT STORE AGAIN AND WILL SWITCH TO MORE RELIABLE COMANY!

DO NOT get your medication sent to this pharmacy! Half the time the pharmacies not even open the other times you can’t even go through the drive-through cause they have the shade pulled down, so that they don’t have to deal with more people. If you want a good recommendation have your stuff sent to Lindenwood drug!
