Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy

Evelyn from the pharmacy was VERY rude and dismissive over the phone. She was also dishonest with me about their flu shots. When I first called she stated they were administering them until 5PM and I can schedule an appointment. When I called back to say I could not find their location on the appointment list but I was a 2 minute walk away from them and could come now, she told me a different time (that they stopped administering in 30 minutes and that she was not going to be able to fit me in). It sounds like she is being lazy and not accommodating for people needing their flu shot more urgently. It's disappointing that Walgreens is hiring these dismissive, rude people that make it their goal to not help customers.

Since day one about a decade and four rains this Pharmacy has taken me under their wing to ensure scriptions are filled and delivered in a timely manner. My current health status says, Thank you and I too Thank you for your service !!!

Excellent service. Definitely go in person. Everyone has been very polite and helpful. Felt like a human being and not just a number. They located the medication I needed and filled it promptly. Thank you Ryan for your help!

You just sent my daughter who had a transplant someone else's medicine anti rejection meds are extremely important in transplant and you sent the wrong meds putting her life at risk thank God I pay attention not only that but the person's who anti rejection meds you sent me is now waiting on their meds probably about to run out YOU put 2 transplant patients life in danger ! You need to get fired and probably shut down
