Walk in Clinic

The nurses taking blood were unprofessional. They struggled to find a vein and became visibly frustrated, especially because my father is a stroke patient whose left arm cannot be moved, and seemed annoyed that they had to draw blood from his right arm instead. Older patients, particularly those with medical conditions, should not be treated as practice subjects. If someone is not capable of drawing blood properly, they should not be performing the procedure.

Disappointed!!!!!!! If I can do -5 star I will put it We come without appointment. In reception they said wait and doctor do everything. After 3,5 hours finally we get in room. They take all us information. From 3 of us they take 2 test from kids for strep(!) when I asked about me-they said if they didn’t have you didn’t need the test. She (doc) checked everyone's throat and said it was clean, but in the evening I saw white spots on one of the children. I ask about listening 🫁 because all of us have a horrible cough, muscular cramps, fever - ok, I wanted to take off hoodie, but doctor and nurse said that don’t needed (doctor Hameeduddin listen all of us through t-shirts and winter hoodie😅). I’ve been a patient of Dr. Afshan Hameeduddin for a number of years. I’m very happy with the quality of care which I’ve received as a patient, including from Dr. Hameeduddin’s absolutely excellent physician-assistant, Sujata.👍I always address Sujata as “Doctor Sujata”, as she’s actually a medically licensed physician within her native country of India. It’s an absolute pleasure to be treated by this lovely lady, as she’s both exceptionally medically knowledgeable and truly compassionate. Furthermore, all of the medical-assistants, phlebotomists, and receptionists are always helpful and accommodating to me as a patient. Unprofessional and long wait times (45 minutes past my appt time). Watched the two girls at the front desk bicker and argue and be condescending to one-another while waiting for my appointment. They were listening to voicemails on speakerphone so the whole waiting room could hear them. Not a fan of the nurses or doctors either.

We absolutely love this Medical practice! Dr. Hameeduddin and Naveed Hyderi as well as all her staff are attentive and really treat us like we are their family. And Anthony drew out blood and there was no pain at all!
