Every time I get JEET as the fulfillment officer for my online order I am relieved and can rest easy because I know what to expect. He knows what he is doing- knowledgable- and consistently delivers an outstanding level of service. He is pleasant, well mannered and efficient. He is a trusted fulfillment officer and I leave happy having had a great experience. I can carry on with my day- he saves me time and makes the experience seamless. He also shares his name and his name tag so I know the spelling and asks for the survey, which is important because then I take the extra step to go into the feedback email and complete the survey. Thanks for all that you do JEET!

RVers welcomed; June 24/25, spent the night, wonderful reception at client service, RVers welcomed to stay outer edge of parking lots. I have never seen so many RVs at a Walmart, likely 12 to 14 units, all very respectful of 'overnight parking only' (not camping, no awnings, no chairs, no BBQs, etc.). Quietest night ever spent for overnight parking. Safe area, modern surroundings.

Do NOT order for store pickup!!! Ever! Ordered some items for store pickup last night and was told.it would be ready after 6am. Sent a family member to pickup this morning at 11am. Was told to come back at noon. ** THEN WE GET AN EMAIL THAT IT IS OUT OF STOCK!!! Horrible service!!! They couldnt even find the order. Do NOT order for store pickup- they have no idea how to operate it at this location. Will reach out to corporate and NEVER DO this again!!!!! What a waste of time!!

Bought a can of Great Value green beans. When I opened the can it was full of liquid but only 1/3 full of beans. Is that why they call it 'Great Value' I was not impressed.

I have been using the delivery service and its very frustrating at times. I have done absolutely everything I can to indicate that I do not want substitutions for items, particularly because they don’t even give you anything close to the item you order. I have clicked the “no substitutions button” on each item in my order. I have also put a note in all capitals saying NO SUBSTITUTIONS. It never fails I will then receive an email (usually too late as I am at work, that’s why I use the service) and the email will ask me to approve substitutions and then when I try to click and submit, Do Not Substitute, it gives an error message saying to try again later and then i end up with items I don’t want. It’s unacceptable that they cannot get the shoppers to stop substituting when asked not to.
