Walt Disney Pavilion

My 5 year old autistic adhd son had surgery today and it was the best experience ive had. I was nervous and the drs and staff were so amazing with my son I felt so much calmer im so grateful. Thank you all !!!!

A lot of the nurses on floor 7 were really rude and had lots of attitude. I get my kid was sick and I had to have my other 2 children there as well but be more considerate of people who have children kids are loud and noisy and hyper.. I am very annoyed my son was there for 2 days and I think I only met 1 person who was a RT she was amazing. But even one of the doctors or intern doctors was just kinda like uhuh and whatever when I asked questions.. if I ever have to come back to this hospital I would like my family to be treated fairly.

My 8 y/o son have surgery everything was so good until they put him in a room in the 3 floor bathroom was nasty horrible my son was discharged and never saw a cleaning staff at all they never clean or pick up the trash

My son had surgery today and everyone!!!!!!!!!! Was exceptional the best felt like family! Thank you guys!!

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly
