The employee's of Country Meadow are so kind and caring. Donna at the front desk is so helpful and pleasant. Tonya and her activities department are outstanding. They are so devoted to your residents.

The amount of times that the admin has not communicated with me over my father’s care. Is unprofessional. Telling my family insurance is not paying for his care, when I called the insurance company that was not true at all. He is covered and they can not force him to leave which they have told my family now twice! This man is not able to walk and needs care. The insurance company has stated they are paying and his has a co insurance, plus there is an appeal in place to extend coverage. They have not been honest about several other things. I’m very disappointed in the administration staff. No issues with his nurse who has been great. Food needs work. I can’t believe the quality of food they feed the patients. Staff is always helpful and polite, Went to see a friend there , definitely have no worries as my grandmother Anna H. Was very well taken care of and took care of what she needed , asked for a cup of tea to some toast they got it for her , I giVe a trillion ⭐ ✨⭐⭐ ⭐

Horrifying. Wouldn’t take a stray cat there. Staff nice, but incredibly dim. “Rehab” is barely done, therefore rendering it actually detrimental to an elderly patient. No back up physician if the regular one not available. Should be illegal to only have a physician on site one day a week. Staff could not be counted upon to do the basics, like making sure that a patient’s hearing aid is in so that they could understand what was happening or being asked of them. Staff internal communication is abysmal: One nurse would tell you the patient was doing really well, then the next say, the supervising nurse would tell you that the patient was actually faring quite poorly and they were concerned. Great place staff was friendly looked pretty clean as well it’s a bit far from where I live I’m happy my brother in law is there he seemed content and happy 👍🏾up to you all
