Water's Edge Dermatology - St Cloud

Today was my first appointment with this Office, I was very impressed. As a new patient, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The facility was clean, and my treatment was done efficiently and in a timely manner with an amazing nurse practitioner. Very grateful and will be back.

My first visit i arrived to a pact office yet there was no long wait at all. What looked chaotic was actually organized patients in separate groups and treatments all m.oving through thd office quickly. My wait was maybe 15 minutes during which I filled out the paperwork. It was on a very easy to understand tablet. The doctor was extremely knowledgeble and made me feel very comfortable while performing a procedure I needed. I will be a permanent pt in this practice I highly recommend this office.

The Standard for patient care! From scheduling over the phone, walking through the door, exam room, and at checkout every interaction with the staff was welcoming and professional. As I waited to be called back an older gentleman was checking in and having some difficulty with patient forms, insurance, etc. and the front desk staff showed patience and grace while walking him through the process as if they were helping a family member. I was called back promptly, all smiles and friendly faces on the way to the exam room. Dr. Chambers was attentive and thorough during the medical history review, compassionate and professional during the exam, precise and gentle during the procedure. Never felt rushed or unheard, and look forward to future visits at this office. Great experience overall!

Great place, staff is amazing. I absolutely love Ashley Chambers. She treats you like an old friend that she's known forever. She is patient and knows her stuff. I highly recommend Waters Edge Dermatology.

AMAZING!!! i was a bit nervous going to a dermatologist to have a few spots on my face looked at but i must say i was quickly put at ease with the staff here. from check in to preliminary questions to Ashleigh Chambers taking care of my issues. watching "dr. pimple popper" on tv, i was hoping Ashleigh was as nice and yes she is!! i calmed down as soon as we spoke and i was in and out in a very short time. i HIGHLY recommend!! and big thank you to the team at Water's Edge.
