Waters Wellness Compounding Pharmacy

This is so more than just a pharmacy! The people are great and so helpful! I have to drive over an hour to get here but it's worth it! They don't just fill your prescriptions, they have a wide variety of products to help better your health. I highly recommend them for when you are feeling poorly.

I cannot say enough good things about this pharmacy and their superb staff. Recently needed a cream for my cat. It was ready at 4:55 and they offered to meet me halfway on their way home since they closed at 5. They also made sure it was in stock and thoroughly answered any questions. I could go on. Fantastic! This is the very worst place to ever go get help. They are rude. They’re all about the money. They do not care one bit about the people. They talk bad about the customers when they hang up the phone. The woman that works a cash register with the short gray bobbed hair is very mean I’ve heard many other people talk about how she has treated them bad just as she’s done to me. I keep hearing more and more complaints about that place. They really know how to hurt your feelings and talk bad to you and they make you feel beneath them and they actually bully you. I suggest if you’re looking for vitamins to go to the Piney Flats pharmacy drug center they are so nice their Christians. They actually care about you and their vitamins are way way cheaper and then get you anything compounded or anythin

So impressed with the customer service and communication here! We couldn’t find any other pharmacy in Bristol to fill a specific prescription for my daughter. Danielle and Donna were extremely helpful in getting my daughter what she needed and keeping me informed each step along the way. Well worth the drive across town.

Use to be 5☆...not since the purchase by waters wellness...quality and purity of product now gone. Now allergic to their compounding changes that occurred without notification or explanation. Profit over purity and customer service.
