Watson Clinic Urgent Care Main

I didn't have any issues here. Initially I was surprised you had to have a primary physician within Watson clinic to use the urgent care. The facility is nice and clean, can tell it used to be a hospital emergency room. I was in/out in under an hour and by urgent care standards, that's quite quick.

First time visitor, took my mom... this place is FANTASTIC. we were put in a room and the dr walked in before I sat down... she needed xrays.... again right there.... no leaving and going somewhere else. my mom is on medicare but I need to see if they take my health insurance. I was in and out within an hour with x rays.

First let me say I’ve never had a complaint about any of the physicians at Watson clinic until today, my primary is fantastic and I’ve been to the urgent care before with no issues. But Dr. Om Prakash this physician is The absolute worse physician I’ve came in contact with at Watson clinic. He is very dismissive and has an issue with you disagreeing with him. I came in for severe upper abdominal pain that was radiating to my back I had to argue for the Ct scan he only wanted to an X-ray . He did in fact order the ct scan and that ct scan showed and enlarged liver and a pancreatic cyst. But before giving me the results he looked at me and said I want to be clear this is not causing your abdominal pain . Then he proceeded with the results. Use your MyChart app to book an appointment. I made an appointment same day and went I went in the wait time for walk-in’s was 2 hours. But appointments were available within an hour on MyChart. Where they triage; everyone in the lobby can overhear everything- use the app and put your symptoms in there to protect your privacy. Clean, fairly on time, and high quality testing services onsite.

The female working the check-in needs a chill pill. My hand Dr was great and straightforward. She sent me for an MRI and fo from there. Wish the first people you encounter where a bit more relaxed.
