My first visit to Watson Clinic Urgent Care was an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely cared for. The check-in staff immediately listened to my symptoms, quickly arranged a wheelchair, and made sure I was seen right away due to chest pain and dizziness. The check-in nurse was incredibly kind and comforting, instantly helping ease my anxiety. Dr. Jasmine Divine was absolutely amazing. She showed sincere interest in understanding what I was experiencing and was thorough, attentive, and reassuring. She left no stone unturned, ordering what she called a “million-dollar workup” to make sure every possible serious concern was ruled out. She took the time to listen carefully, knew exactly what to focus on, and remained efficient while being incredibly compassionat

I went in because I was sick. I did an at home COVID and flu test and told Watson when I went I do not have COVID and I do not want the test. This clinic told me I had to take the test even though I denied it. They told me I didnt have covid and go home to get rest. THAT WAS IT. I came back later in the week sicker than ever. They didn't even have me see the doctor, They just prescribed me a z pack in the loby and told me to go pick it up. I got an email this month saying I owe them $199. When I called up here today to ask about the $199 charge, The payment lady that answered the phone said it was for the Covid and Flu test and if I would have denied the Covid Flu test I would not have been charged. I explained I denied the test, that I told everybody I don't want the test and she said "to

Arrived on a Saturday morning. Greeted by a very friendly staff. I had fallen and wanted to be sure I had no broken bones. I was accessed right away and taken back for X-rays. Dr. Gregory was very informative about what I needed, X-rays were completed, no broken bones but meds prescribed for pain and swelling. All of this was completed within thirty minutes. Cannot stress how friendly the staff was. Thanks to all of you! Dr. Gregory, keep up the good work !

The doctor listened to all of my concerns and took me seriously which was very appreciated. The doctor and nurses were all very kind. The waiting room and offices were very clean as well. We were in and out very quickly. Highly recommend this office as a first choice

They are the best in the county. They are doctors who care and see you in a timely manner.
