1/6/26. Happy New Year! First off, i am new to this area. I called this office, (referred by my cousin who had nothing but good things to say about this dentistry). The first lady who answered phone was polite. She put me on hold so that the person taking new patients could pick up. It took all of 6 mins for Ms Kayla to pick up. She was rude from the out put. She informed me she didn't take my insurance. I said, well that's funny, my cousin who referred me has the same insurance. She wanted my cousins name, and i had to spell first and last night Phonetically. Said she had to confirm. SMH. she then said there is a difference in her plan. I though horizon blue cross/blue shield was all the same. I ask what's difference, she said hers is federal. OK but it is still retirement blue cross/blu

Called in to schedule an appointment, front desk staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Kayla & Shakyerra were not only kind in explaining differences in coverages, but also patient with me as I was having trouble understanding. When i arrived for the appointment, the staff was just as helpful and pleasant in person as they were on the phone.

I have been coming to this dentist office before my daughter was born and now she's 29 years old.Since Dr Watts has passed the front end staff at the desk is not the same.My dental hygienist Sarah is AWESOME and I will truly miss her.Things been going downhill at this place since Dr. Watts has been gone.Thats why I decided to leave.

Patient here for about two years. Never found the staff to be very friendly or particularly good at customer service but the dentist always seemed like a nice guy, and its a pain to move to a new dentist so just went with the flow. Final straw was a bizarre experience. Arrived at 2:20 for a 2:30 appointment. Was told at 2:50 that the dentist had left so there was no one to do my examination. Woman wasted another 25 mins of my time “working on it” only to say there was no way around the requirement because in fact my last appointment was supposed to include an examination from the dentist, and she wasn’t sure why that didn’t happen. When I commented on how strange this whole thing is and rather unprofessional, the woman agreed with me. She seemed unenthusiastic to be the face of some mistak

I have been going here for a few years now and I have never add a bad experience until today. I called to cancel an appointment. Today is 10/24/22 , I call at 9 am. My appointment on 10/26/22 at 6pm. They told me that I need to cancel within 48 hours notice. Because I did not call within 48 hours notice they were gonna charge me $30 per hour of my appointment. The procedure that I was getting was going to take an hour and a 1/2. So that is $45. The issue is that they were sending text reminders to the wrong telephone number. And I was just informed today. I'm upset because the office staff did not acknowledge that they made a mistake. And then had the audacity to ask me why I don't put it on my calendar or do they need to call and remind me everytime. What kind of statement is that? Last
