WellSpan Urgent Care - Manchester

The facility is decent. The nurse and the doctor were amazing! They are the reason this review is 3 stars instead of 1. The secretary/ lady who checks you in is the worst person for that job. She is extremely rude and makes comments that should never be made! I was shocked. I needed to be seen due to a sinus infection and had no other option but to take my young baby with me. She is a super pleasant and happy baby! I didn’t realize it was going to take as long as it did so her bottle of milk was in the car. I was waiting to go back to the exam rooms, so I went over and asked the secretary if I could run out quick and grab her bottle so I could feed her. She replied stating, “you can go out if you wanted to be skipped in line to go back to the exam room”… I just stood there in shock! It wou

Took my 4 year old tonight due to ear pain. EVERYONE was extremely kind. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with nothing but smiling faces. We checked in and were immediately taken back for vital signs. No sooner did the medical assistant walk out the door, the nurse practitioner came in. Excellent, compassionate care all around. And QUICK. We were in and out in under 20 minutes.

I went to this facility this morning for flu symptoms. I had a very thorough exam by 2 amazing women. They definitely treated me with sincere concern and professionalism. I was seen immediately and the entire staff was so caring. Highly recommend this facility

We went to WellSpan Health in Manchester, Pennsylvania, seeking urgent medical care for my mother. Unfortunately, she was not treated because the staff insisted on having an interpreter, even though I am her legally authorized interpreter. The behavior of the staff was extremely poor, unprofessional, and disrespectful. The way they spoke to us and handled the situation showed a lack of compassion and basic patient care, especially during an urgent and painful situation. I have never experienced such a distressing and disappointing incident in my life. No patient should be denied care or treated poorly because they are from a different country or background, especially when they are legally residing in the United States. Because of this experience, I do not recommend visiting this facility

I was seen 12/27 was told I get a workers note for 3 days and they put it in mywellspan portal and i been calling calling in since due to i havent gotten it now there refusing to give me one because the person I saw was not in today like when I'm told something they should put it through when they say they are and make note. Now I'm not getting a note for 3 days like I was told o was and I had my husband with me as my witness to it this is so unprofessional don't say something and not go through with it like now I may be out of my job as I had called my employer and told them what the doctor I had saw said to me bout I was getting a doctors note for 3 days off ( sunday through tuesday and was able to go back to work on Wednesday ) but since there refusing to give me it I most likely lost m
