Wentworth-Douglass Professional Center at Dover, Blood Draw Lab (Dover)

I am going for blood work later this morning. I have always used this facility. The new system of needing an appointment does not work as well for me as the old walk-in system. I know that it allows for staffing levelizing and customers have a locked in time. Theoretically it seems a plus but I need to eat so I can stay civil to those around me so getting there early and waiting worked better for me. My need for blood testing was identified just two days before my doctor visit. No one’s fault but, in the future, I will either get an early appointment or go where the walk-in system is still used.

The red haired lady working the front desk at the lab is nasty and has never heard of customer service.

Walked in without an appointment mid-day on a week day to get some blood work taken and was in and out within 30 minutes. Everyone was super friendly and the process was very efficient. Will definitely go to this location if I need more work in the future.

Mikaela (I think that’s how you spell her name) is a national treasure. I went in for my labs and felt absolutely no pain when she drew them. She was so positive and kind! Check in is easy if you check in online first. Nurses are punctual and helpful. Highly recommend labs here.
