I have been a customer for years and I brought my kids in today. I met with a new doctor Christina she was amazing with my children and my exam also.

I went to get new glasses gave them my prescription picked out my frames .They said would call me when they ready. They never called so I called them. stop by and was told that my glasses were not ready. This after the time I was given. They told that had return my glasses because the lens was cut too small for the frames. They returned them 3 times because they cut lenses wrong 2 more times. So I requested a refund which they gave had my my request to another shop. The thing that was done on time was the refund so you bet that I will never go west orange again. The reason I gave a 1 star review was because they refunded my money on time.

Review for Dr.Zorn at West Orange Optical. I was previously a patient at West Orange Optical but stopped going due to Dr. Zorn's consistently rude and impersonal demeanor. Recently, I decided to give the office another chance,hoping things had improved. Unfortunately my experience was much the same. The office staff was excellent.

I love coming here for my yearly checkups. The entire staff is very helpful and friendly! Clean environment and plenty of options to choose from. The whole team is very informative, Dr.Zorn, Elizabeth and Bianca. Grateful, for this team! I appreciate that Elizabeth and Bianca now my style and is always willing to help me.

Great service! Dr Zorn is an excellent doctor - literally saved my eyesight when he detected a detached retina and referred me to a specialist in real time. Thanks to his quick action, the specialist reattached my retina and I retained 100% of my vision! Forever grateful. Elizabeth at the front office is a gem. They stand by their work and work hard to make sure the customer’s needs are met.
