West Pine Pharmacy

After one thousand horrible experiences with big chain pharmacies, I switched to West Pine, and let me tell you—first, they made the switch SO easy. I just gave them my information over the phone and then they handled transferring prescriptions and everything themselves. Second, every single interaction I’ve had with them has been friendly, professional, and efficient. They call back quickly and answer questions thoroughly, they follow up with doctors and make sure I understand everything about insurance and prices and options. I’ve never had a problem filling a prescription promptly. And the free local delivery! I feel like this is the way businesses used to be decades ago before everything became corporate and horrible?? I love West Pine.

I switched from big box pharmacies quite some time ago, because I felt like I was in an assembly line and there was no personal touch, like there is with small pharmacies. I went to another local small pharmacy, and I was really not impressed with their customer service, and discriminatory behaviors and treatment of our city residents. Filled a common prescription. Called ahead to ensure it was filled before I visited the pharmacy. The lady on the phone treated me like my question about the readiness of my prescription had never been asked before, and seemed emotionally perturbed that I called to check. When I arrived at the pharmacy, it took a very long time for them to locate my prescription. This is because the lady on the phone physically moved my filled prescription to where her coworkers couldn’t find it. She apparently did not replace it in the area where the staff keeps filled prescriptions after she, (not the pharmacist), removed it, reviewing it during the call. I also had a GoodRX coupon I presented to the staff. They flatly ignored it. I just wanted to get my meds and leave, so I didn’t raise a stink. The d

Recently moved everything to West Pine. The ease of the transfer was a relief. My medications were on time for the first time in over a year. Each interaction has felt like they are going above and beyond - but it’s just how they do business. The hours work for me and they have designated parking. I had no idea the amount of stress using a national chain was causing me. The reasons I was using national no longer apply - the drive through was never open and they are no longer 24hrs. I could not be happier that I made this switch. If you have been frustrated with your pharmacy and West Pine is convenient for you - stop procrastinating and just stop in or call them.

The Best! We switched from a big store where customer service is in the tank. West Pine Pharmacy has been a breath of fresh air in every way! Prescriptions always stocked, delivery options outstanding and customer service always top notch. The communication coming from West Pine is amazing! Having less worries about your prescriptions sure takes a load off. I don’t know why anyone would think twice about switching to WPF! It seems like a big step and one reason we didn’t do it sooner. It could not have been a smoother transfer over to our new favorite pharmacy!
