The location was clean and not busy. My fiance’ was seen in less than 20 minutes and his nurse Holly was great. The Dr. that came into speak to us was also very helpful and understanding offered many solutions to help my fiance’ breathe better and help with his coughing. Great job great service very satisfied.

I'm here for workmans comp, I've been here for a couple visits so far. Holly did my intake and vitals today, she was kind and communicated well, answered my questions and followed up on any questions she wasn't able to immediately answer. No complaints. Waited about 10 minutes in the waiting room. Its clean. As a nurse, I know the experience isnt something the staff can entirely control, but the staff and medical personnel are doing a great job.

Staff is always very friendly, and the doctors always hear you out and are excellent. Today's nurse Grace was super friendly and my son felt comfortable and safe around her. Just overall great service.

Hello, this 5-star is for my second visit to urgent care because I would have rated the first visit a -1. 1st visit: I visited this past Tuesday because I had wheezing, soar throat and cough. I mentioned to the doctor I was coughing up mucus that was dark which means infection. He sent me home with a cough suppressant and told me no antibiotics as I needed to let the virus pass on its own. He seemed rushed and paid no mind to my concern about needing antibiotics so my infection wouldn’t get worst. It was the worst Urgent Care visit ever. I got worse with hard of breathing and louder wheezing over Thanksgiving. 2nd Visit: I went back the day after Thanksgiving and saw PA Cheryl Liu and she was so attentive and recognized I had bronchitis right away after her assessment.
