If you could find another dentist, I would do so. Credible tooth pain, and had two different appointments with them. They called the day before on the first appointment which I had an appointment card for 1230. They said the appointment was for 5 o’clock had to reschedule. They gave me another card this time for 5 o’clock. They called me the day before and said it was for the day after my appointment was supposed to be for. Seems like this is common practice for this company. Wish I would’ve read the reviews first.

Other than the fact the Dr. Stella Minster forgot me in her chair for a whole hour while no one else was being attended to when my appointment was at 10:30 a.m, she’s done multiple root canal’s for me covered by insurance with crowns and today was ridiculous I was forgotten about, then told she didn’t want to do the next step for the tooth I’ve been getting worked on by her. Absolute disservice

It’s for second time here but never again. I like how she work but not the schedule who she make for the patient. My appointment was 12:30 and they call me at 1:15 so disappointed.

I have Always had bad teeth, having my first tooth pulled at 17. Over the next 20-25 years dental work became a nightmare. Until a friend recommended to make an appointment here. My first visit I felt comfortable. She took care of me. I have a beautiful smile now and I know I'm in good hands.

So I needed an emergency extraction. A tooth cracked on a Saturday. No one would take me except Family Dental. There was a line but I don't care. I would rather wait in a line and know I'll be seen. It would of really sucked to wait until Monday. The dentist was very professional and did am excellent job. I'm very happy with this place because I could of been really out of luck if they didn't see me.
