Western Massachusetts Allergy

Dr Robertson is my favorite doctor ever. I have two now young adult kids who have had allergies their whole life. I wish I had found him sooner but in the time that we have had him on our team he has been absolutely amazing. Makes everyone feel comfortable, is so patient and knowledgeable and kind beyond belief. I wish everyone could have him for their Dr.

Dr. Robertson is a great doctor with a great staff. We following him from the 2 Medical Drive (Baystate) because he's excellent. In addition, this location is better for parking as well. 😁

Dr Robertson and Kerri st George are awesome people, they care, they listen and they know their stuff ..however, I have 1 complaint, in all my years of being a patient first with Kerri, then with Dr Robertson, his medical assistant needs retraining in communication: when either doctor prescribes a medication and it's needing to be filled, I don't think waiting a week or until the end of the week is suitable, ever....unless it's communicated why, communication inof itself is crucial, call the patient and explain what's being done, also medical assistant needs to return calls that have been left with voicemail...that's part of your job...

Dr. Robertson and his staff are excellent. I am very supportive of his new practice. He has been treating my daughter since she was little. He has a great demeanor with children and spends the time to explain everything clearly. I highly recommend Western Massachusetts Allergy and Dr. Robertson.

Dr. Robertson is a phenomenal educator and provider! I felt more knowledgeable and educated about my symptoms in the first 5 minutes than I did meeting with three separate Ears Nose and Throat "Specialists." Test results provided a new plan and I had time to ask my questions. By the end of the appointment, I had answers. Thank you!
