I just want to start off saying some of the staff is really nice and sweet and could be no better very nice. The reason I gave it a 2 star is because the building was so nasty the rooms are horrible there were roaches everywhere it smelled like poop and pee all the time it was horrible and a nursing home should not smell like that . When you go to a hospital you don't smell that and they deal pretty much with the same people. You go in the dining area and there was roaches there was a big TV in there so loud you couldn't talk to your loved one and what they had playing on the TV was so violent and the cussing it was bad . There also a NP there name sammie not very nice very rude. I asked her about my sister inlaw and she told me that she didn't bring her magic 8 ball with her that was v

If you’re considering this nursing home, I strongly urge you to think twice. From the moment you walk in, there is a strong odor of feces and urine — a clear sign of poor sanitation and neglect. There is no air conditioning throughout the facility either. My husband has been treated differently than other residents, and unfortunately, not in a positive way. When I raised my concerns with the staff, instead of being met with empathy or professionalism, I was made to feel incompetent by the charge nurse. Little did they know, I work in a law office and understand both rights and standards of care very well. This facility does not meet basic expectations of cleanliness, compassion, or accountability. If you’re already hesitant, trust your instincts and look elsewhere.

I was sent here by st Vincent’s and sadly chose to leave right away. You walk in and it smells of urine. The nurse and residents were fighting and the police was called. Then when the night nurse came they were all gossiping while people were still needing help. Food was nasty and tasteless. The nurse Ashley was super sweet I’d give this place an extra star just because of her. The rest of my experience was horrible and I was there for an hour. The state needs to look into this place and shut it down. 4 people too r bathroom that hadn’t been cleaned and had poop on the floor.

Begging staff and residents and the family (while we were visiting) to rate 5 stars was a big no no for me. Having so many bad reviews obviously for a reason. Had my aunt removed as soon as I found out how they ran the facility

This facility is very clean, welcoming, and well-organized. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure residents are cared for with kindness and respect..The atmosphere feels positive and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this nursing home to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and professional place for their family member
