White Bear Dentists

I have been to MANY dentists in my 75 years. Having had common fillings, crowns, bridges and ultimately 4 implants. I, like many others, have lots of anxiety going to the dentist. As my previous dental office closed, I went to White Bear Dentist. I have never felt so at ease as I did there. They were all very personable, pleasant and made me feel at ease. Dr Ernste was great! I will be having extensive work done, between him and Dt Tu, who also was excellent. I now wish i hadn't waited so long to go in. They explained everything very clearly, giving me the choices, I could decide on. If anyone is looking for a new dental office, I give WBD 10 stars!

Dr. Padillia is simply amazing. So kind and caring. Anna and Maddie are also great. I felt so comfortable which says a lot for someone with dental anxiety. The entire office is kind and welcoming.

Went there 2 weeks ago for a cleaning, they offered me a filling that was supposed to only take 20 minutes. I left 2 hours later in terrible pain. The dentist had to numb me 4 different times but I was still feeling flashes of pain during the drilling. 2 weeks later and I still can’t chew on that side of my mouth and am still in terrible pain, having to take Tylenol and Asprin to function. I have never struggled with pain like this after a dental filling. I contacted the dentist hoping they could help me, only for the owner dentist to poke around my mouth for five minutes and tell me that everything looked fine to him. Now I have to find another dentist to fix the mistake they made.

The dentist office itself and the staff have all been wonderful. However I have had a bad experience with my payment plan. 2 times now I have made my monthly payment before the due date but whoever the company is that I pay (Not the dental office) has pulled money from my account which has resulted in my bank account going negative along with overdraft fees! Plus before my dental surgery I had to schedule my appointment 3 different times. It was supposed to be in April but did not happen until the end of June! I don't know why it can't be simple to make a payment like online instead of calling every-time and chancing that they will pull the monthly payment from my card even though my payments have been made. It for sure is frustrating.

I had a wonderful visit at White Bear Dental. My dentist, Dr. Emily Padilla, was amazing. She took the time to explain the entire process thoroughly, which made me feel very comfortable. She was polite, professional, and even did my oral cleaning. I would absolutely rate her 10 out of 10! I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you so much, Dr. Padilla, for such a great experience.
