Wholehealth Medical hits a home run every time! The staff are responsive, courteous and very welcoming. Dr. Kaitlyn Beisecker Levin displays warmth, up to date skills and knowledge and includes me every step of the way. She makes a tremendous effort to treat the "whole" person and always achieves her goal. I am sincerely grateful for the Wholehealth Medical team!

I will make this as brief as possible. After weeks of pondering to post a public review, I’ve decided to share my experience in hopes of saving other people from this monster. Front desk staff, phenomenal and kind. From booking a new patient appointment to checking in, both ladies were extremely helpful and welcoming. Nursing staff were the same way and thorough with what I should expect during my first visit at Wholehealth. You can imagine how at ease I felt thinking if this is how the staff treats you, the provider I was seeing must be the same. Boy was I wrong. Many things went very wrong at this appointment ,but I will share just a few key moments that should be enough to not even want to take your sick pet mouse to someone as nasty as this provider. I’ve had an overall positive experience seeing Maria-Eugenia Dalton (Genny). She is very personable and is helping me achieve my goals!

I'm always treated well at Whole Health Medical. The process to get an appointment is simple and everyone from the front desk staff to the Nurses and Docs are kind, gracious and good listeners. Delaney's onboarding was efficient and thorough and helped ease any anxiety. Dr Beisecker-Levin gave me all the time I needed, answered all my questions and included me in the treatment planning. I'm very pleased with the level of care.

This is an excellent practice. The Doctors and RNs are thoughtful, knowledgeable and make you feel like you’re their most important patient of the day. If you want a long term relationship, I strongly recommend this practice
