Easy to find and park. Ultra clean and personal very helpful. The specialized Dr and his team were excellent and the care was better than expected.

This place has gone way down hill over the last 20 years I've been a patient. Finally fed up and finding another place. No compassion and lacks the warmth and hospitality it used to have. For this place, you're a number, not a patient. Final straw: I took time off work for a scheduled appointment. Was 11 minutes late due to 2 unforeseen road closures. Well before it, I attempted to contact the office to try and give them a heads up but couldn't get through, which is common. I get all the way there, hang up, and wait in line behind a long line of people at check-in. I get up to check-in after several minutes and am told I need to reschedule. Thought I still made it because it's within the 15 minute grace period, but then was coldly told the policy changed to 10.

I was trying to schedule a sick visit for my partner. I called 2 separate times and each time I was transferred 4 times. It should not be that hard to schedule a sick visit appointment. When I finally got to where I was supposed to end up, I was told my partner wasn't a patient and would have to be seen as a new patient, and after explaining that he is a patient, he just hasn't been to the doctors in a couple years, they told me the earliest appointment for new patients is March, when I explained that the reason for the appointment was because he was sick, they put me on hold to talk to the office manager, came back and said that they couldn't help me because I wasn't on his HIPPA form. Saw the nurse practitioner for poison ivy clearly had a bullseye from tic bite and she said that doesn’t look like poison ivy and gave me cream for it( also had poison) called six times in seven days and the only callback I got was to scold me for calling too much! Day eight still no call! Went to ER yesterday got tested and started treatment. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Truly unacceptable that I've called 3 separate times to schedule an appointment with a doctor, no one answers the phone. Always put on hold before the phone hangs up or whenever I even call, immediately I get a voice saying they're at a meeting or whatever. Also, where are the actual doctors? Im always pawned off on the nurses or whatever when I want to see the doctor. Where are theym
