I've never enjoyed going to the dentist but I had a great experience here. The whole staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Gretchen was super nice and gentle with me. She let me know what she was going to do before doing it and even asked how I was doing. Highly recommend!

Dr Root and his entire staff are wonderful!!! I had a cleaning and front tooth filling today and I couldn’t be happier!! They are so professional, friendly and efficient. I was only there for an hour and a quarter for the amount of dental work I had done. I was pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend this practice. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you Dr Root and staff!!

I don’t usually write reviews, but Dr. Mary truly deserves one. She is exceptionally talented and provides outstanding care. She is meticulous, attentive to detail, and works quickly and efficiently without ever making you feel rushed. On top of that, she is incredibly kind, personable, and makes every visit feel comfortable and reassuring. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. The practice is so lucky to have her—I’m grateful to be in her care and would highly recommend her to anyone.

I’m a new patient and I am in good hands. The ladies in the front are very nice; the dentist explained everything in detail and my dental hygienist is also very nice. Because I felt so happy with their services I made my husband schedule an appointment!

Always wonderful customer service. Front desk check-in staff are always friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I had a crown placed on a highly visible top front tooth and Dr. Root with his assistant did a beautiful job. It looks great! I have been going there for a long time now and I highly recommend Wilbraham Dental Associates! 😊
