Always a pleasant experience. Rowdy dogs generally will get a room for both of you to wait in, so to maintain a calm environment for all. Vets seem to go out of their way to research and provide as much info as possible on all variety of topics that may be of interest to you, with a logical "what I would do for my dog" approach.

Willapa vet is the best! Both locations in Grayland and Raymond are outstanding. They take such great care of our Ziggy. Recent surgery performed for a hernia from an injury saved his life. Would highly recommend for any and all services they provide

Many years ago I loved taking my cats there, but when new people and doctors took over it changed for the worse. I had a very ill cat and they kept him for two days then called and told me he was fine and that he was ready to go home. As soon as we got home with him he passed away. I never understood why they said he was fine when he wasn't. I will never go back or recommend them to anyone

My little man was feeling absolutely terrible and was struggling to breathe. I called at least 10 vets over the weekend including the emergency ones and not a single one was even willing to see him. I called first thing this am and they squeezed him in between a couple surgeries. The entire staff was very kind and took great care of him. he's now playing with his sister in the living room. I can't thank y'all enough!

We had an emergency accident on the beach with our dog vs an RC truck. This happened at 3pm and we finally got everyone loaded and off the beach by 330pm which the vet closed at 4pm - I called in a panic to see if they could take in my dog and without hesitation the staff were accommodating to stay later to help us! Everyone went above and beyond, we are so grateful.
