Worst experience ever. Saw him in July now in October and I drag my foot with severe pain. He showed no compassion and the staff is no better. Called OTC prescription in and said I needed a custom boot. The office would call, that never happened, and I went else where to get a CT scan and will never go back to Mr. Jane’s.

I live in Hoboken and work right next door to this office. I went to see Dr. Janes because it was the closest and quickest option, but now I’m considering switching from my NYC sports doctor to him. I really had an amazing experience. He asks the right questions, explains all potential treatments (regardless of insurance), and goes over the pros and cons of each option. I chose the treatment I felt best about and was really happy with it. Plus, I had a lot of laughs with him. On top of all that, he’s the kindest person ever! It’s a small world—he even knows my former sports doctor from when I lived in DC. All I all, I can understand why he holds 5 stars, it would be 10 if I could give it to him.

Mr Janes is very thorough and professional. Was pleasant and was able to take care of my needs. Appointment was on time and I did not have to wait. Also, the office staff set up the needed tests and there was no wait at the hospital he referred me to. Great experience.

I enjoyed my visit with William, he was very relaxed and professional; he takes his time and walk through each step of my hip, he is always a great person. He also said If any problem flear up, please don't worry just call him; he will be there for me 😘 what a great person.!

William was very professional and thoughtful of my condition he evaluated my shoulder and tested my mobility range told me I had acute tendinitis in my shoulder and sent me for a round of Physical Therapy to re evaluate me after 6 weeks to compare my progress. Highly satisfied for now!
