I am WOW’d by the experience I had that this office today. From the very first experience when I called as a new patient Jackie was super helpful, even when I wanted to call my insurance company to find out if this practice was in the network, she called me back and asked how I made out. Went for my appointment today lobby beautiful, clean, friendly , then met Jackie, Donna and Mary. My experience was 100% and would recommend this dentist for anyone that is looking for a local dentist! Thank you Dr. Kozuch and team!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Kozuch since I moved into the area in 1993. He and his team have always provided outstanding care to me and my family. The atmosphere is very comfortable and they are always most-accommodating. I encourage anyone who is looking to establish a great dental partnership to give them the opportunity to earn your trust. You will not be disappointed.

This is one of the worst Dentists I have ever been to. I had a prep done for a crown and after the prep I had pain in the tooth constantly. He told me it shouldn't hurt and it was in my mind. I refused to pay for the service and he filed a law suit in court for $125 and ruined my credit for the next 7 years. I finally agreed to pay him monthly plus court costs for a lousy procedure. Credit still bad. If you can find another Dentist in the area, I would recommend going to him instead of this guy. Kozuch is not very intelligent in my opinion.

Even when my insurance changed so he was no longer covered, I continued to go to him because he’s just THAT GOOD !!! Thankfully, MY HUSBAND’s dental insurance switched a little while later, and THEY TAKE IT !!!

Been going to this dentist for more than a decade. Appointments go smoothly, dental assistants do a great job and doesn't hurt a bit. :) Dr. Kozuch then comes by, looks my teeth over, talks for a bit, and then out the door I go! Fast, and great service. Thanks!!
