Wilson Health Urgent Care - Minster

Friendly and patient. Sidenote, a prescription for antibiotics was sent to Kroger St Marys (approx 7:40 pm) and after driving there and waiting my turn I was told it would not be ready until 9 am the next day. This is not a Wilson Urgent Care complaint but I thought it was worth mentioning in case there is an opportunity for Wilson to provide a first dose or alternatives. (Reiterating, this is not a complaint. I should have done my research.) Thank you.

I visited the Minster Wilson Health Urgent Care yesterday and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The receptionist greeted me with genuine warmth and handled everything with impressive professionalism and courtesy—check-in was quick and stress-free. The nurse tech was incredibly thorough, asking detailed questions and addressing all my concerns with care and expertise. He really put me at ease. Jenny Knapke, CNP at Wilson Health Urgent Care Minster, was simply amazing—knowledgeable, attentive, and compassionate. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I left feeling confident in my care plan. Highly recommend this team for anyone needing prompt, high-quality urgent care! Rick Holly

Recently moved to the area and had to get a work physical for my new job, Shelby was my nurse practitioner and she was very kind as well as everyone else in the office! I felt very welcomed. I was in and out in 20 minutes and it was very affordable!

I was blown away by how amazing the staff treats their patients. The nurses and providers are simply amazing. Truly one of the best urgent cares I have ever been to!

Giving two stars because I loved the blonde doctor! She was super sweet; gave full disclosure and didn’t push anything. But most of the other staff was unfriendly and our 11:45 appointment wasn’t “over” until 1:30.
