Quality, patient-centered service! I am so glad I switched from large chain pharmacies to Winkelmann last month. Same day prescription refills are completed with ease, and real medical staff answer the phone!

Recently switched here from CVS. It’s a bit of a culture shock - there is definitely a lot of convenience that comes with a major chain (app, extended hours). But the people are nice and it’s close by and everything has gone smoothly so far. [Update: there’s an app! Scan the QR code by the checkout] [Update 2: Someone called me to personally go over my meds, like a little checkup, and explained things to me that even my doctor hadn’t. And they’re going to call me again to chat more after my next round of bloodwork at my PCP and discuss any meds changes that are made. CVS could NEVER.]

Been going to this pharmacy for approximately 5 yrs everyone here is absolutely perfect

Just tried to call to see if they had a drug for my son. Never used them before. Had a referral from someone who goes there all the time. The lady who answered was EXTREMELY rude. Didn’t even let me finish my sentence when talking. When I had told her we haven’t used them before “nope, bye”. Well alright KAREN! Have a great day!

Great customer service! During the pandemic they brought my pills right to my car so I didn't have to go in, and they'll also deliver to my home. They even call my doctor for me when my prescription runs out. Very friendly and attentive!
