Wired Orthodontics has been absolutely amazing. Every single person on their team is so kind, patient, and welcoming — you can feel the difference the moment you walk in. They went above and beyond to make the process smooth for us, and their flexible payment plans were a huge help. It’s rare to find a place that combines great care with genuine compassion, but Wired Orthodontics truly delivers. Even with my child having sensitivity to sensory they were very patient with him and earned his trust. Highly recommend!

From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. Most importantly, I have complete confidence in the doctor. He’s a complex case, and at first, I was a little worried, but the team at Wired handled everything so amazingly. They just opened their new clinic in Buda, and I’m so glad I decided to bring my kids here. The whole team is so welcoming, helpful, and professional. They also take our insurance, which is a huge plus since many other places don’t. Dr. Santos is amazing! He took the time to answer all our questions, explain the process clearly, and make sure we felt comfortable the entire time. We’ve already started treatment and couldn’t be happier. Dr. Santos at Wired Orthodontics is fantastic! The office vibe in Buda is super friendly, and the staff makes you feel right at home. I was specifically worried about the cost of braces, but they have amazing affordable treatment options and payment plans that made it very manageable. 10/10 recommend if you want a great smile at a fair price.
