They absolutely go beyond giving exceptional burn care- they also are the most compassionate & thorough healthcare professionals. They never once made me feel like any of my questions or anything I asked for was an issue. They were kind, and patient, and adept at their jobs. Special shout-out to Nurse Kelly, who should have a TV show made about her. Not only is her bandaging the Rolls Royce of bandaging, but she has masterful understanding of each little aspect of burn care.
