Yasmin Hassim LMT

Yasmin is the greatest healer i have ever met. Ive already wrote one review about how great her osteopathic treatments were. She fixes everything that comes up when no one else i went to was able to. We addressed issues from childhood to injuries during my teen/adult life one of which was a bad car accident. Recently i also decided to try her somatic release classes which i was a bit hesitant to try at first but similar to the body work blew my expectations away. During the class i released a massive trauma/fear i had and am still noticing the amazing benefits it had which is also tied into my physical health, giving me a new positive outlook on life

So I don’t normally do reviews but thought it necessary to do one for Yasmin and her practice. I’ve been coming to her for years now for Myofascial Therapy with several ailments over our time together. Whatever issues I have faced we have been able to resolve every single time. Some ailments called for multiple treatments but we have always been able to get to the root cause of any problem. With that being said she now has added Somatic Activation to her practice. Something that I was resistant to at first and now has become a staple in my life. The Somatic Activation sessions through my experience has been more of an internal/spiritual experience. Yasmin is the best kept secret of Long Island, nay New York! I have had chronic pain for over 17 years. Her touch & easy exercise regime have changed me physically & emotionally:) I finally feel that I am on the road of having a NORMAL (aka pain-free) life.
