Had a great experience getting my eye exam here. The team is super welcoming and professional. They got me in and out quickly, but still took the time to answer all my questions.

I was having increasing difficulty seeing well while driving at night due glare; especially on those inky black rainy Seattle nights . I wasn't ready for cataract surgery so instead sought a lense solution. Jenny at Your Eyes, listened carefully to my story and then recommended I try Zeiss SmartLife 3 lense with special coatings that would help with the glare. They had a great selection of reasonably priced frames and my VSP insurance pay the bulk of the cost. The new lenses were a nice, noticeable improvement for night driving over my previous glasses. Recently my dog did a bit of chewing on my beautiful new glasses (grrr...). To my delight, Zeiss has a 1 year damage warranty & will replace them for free! They have recently moved to a new place on 4th ane lenora, Google took me to previous address. In general i had good experience. I did not get my prescription here, but they had a good range of frames to choose from, so i got my frame from here. They had a good selection and reasonable price. Once i picked my frame, it was time for choosing lenses, that's where my experience was not so good. It felt like they were just selling the best configuration of lenses they had and they did not explain or show the cheaper lens options. I had to explicitly ask for it. This is not good. Frame turn around time was a week, which was good.

Dr. Feiten is the only eye doctor I trust to work with me and get my Vision RX right! Always patient (pun intended) and always friendly. She's the best!
