I really can't say enough about how much Paul has helped me to recover from a car accident I was in last year that left me with connective tissue and soft tissue injury. He is so knowledgable and intuitive. I did physical therapy and that didn't help. Paul's techniques were really what got me past the pain and able to be more mobile and live my life more fully again. I will forever recommended him to anyone I know, and look forward to more sessions with him.

Paul is wicked smart and is very knowledgeable about the body. And he totally geeks out over it! This makes his massages very effective! I’ve been getting massage for many years. Some really good. Some meh. I really enjoy deep tissue work. Paul is very effective!
