Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center Emergency Room

I add three stars only because they helped my wife out with what was going on but on the other hand I can hear the nurses and stuff in the hallway mocking a patient moaning In pain an agony down the hall. They seem to be getting a kick out of his pain and idk that’s just very cruel and dehumanizing. At least they didn’t do it to the patients face but jeez have some compassion for the ppl you’re supposedly trying to help. Just makes me sad to hear nurses in the hall making fun of ppl in pain and struggling times. I understand it’s a hard job and these ppl experience a lot on a day to day basis but I feel that doesn’t excuse the behavior or the enjoyment and entertainment they are getting from patients. Makes me worry for my wife a bit cuz I wonder if they truly have her best interests in mi

I've noticed this place with such low review rates ... I've only had GREAT experiences at ZUCKERBERG SAN FRANCISCO GENERAL HOSPITAL... I mean is a public 🤷 place , meaning there will be a lot of people ...so patience is key...( by the way the ZUCKERBERG FAMILY ( FACEBOOK) donated $100 millions for the new trauma center ( newest addition of the hospital ) ,so please be kind to the people that works here, they keep us safe and healthy ; Don't forget.

An excellent teaching hospital! A very big campus, neat and clean, highly maintained. Other than excellent treatment facility, they have excellent teaching arrangements. There is a well equipped up to the mark lecture room with each department. We attended a 3 days long scientific training there, excellent arrangement. Teaching stuffs, teaching materials & way of teaching were highly appreciable. We rooftop reception at hospital roof having an excellent 360 degree panoramic view of city. Whole campus is studded with green plants and flowers especially rooftop and entrance. Fantastic!

Thank you to all staff members, for taking care of my 21 year old daughter.,she was at e.r. Saturday 11/1. She had a bit of a high heart rate&dehydration. Now she's taking it easy. Overall rate is more than 5 stars for all staff.we are very thankful
