Extremely disappointing experience. The front desk staff were very rude and dismissive. They repeatedly cut off patients while speaking and showed no willingness to listen or help. When I asked for an appointment, I was abruptly told nothing was available until August—no effort was made to accommodate or even explain. It felt like they simply didn’t want to provide care. I do not recommend this place at all.

I decided to write a review because I wanted to share the exact facts with people. I want Dr Kim to stop thinking that it's okay to act so badly towards patients. I went to Dr Kim’s foot clinic a few days ago because I had a pain in my foot. I was waiting almost two hours past my appointment time and no explanation or apology was given from them. Instead myself and other patients were given a warning. Dr Kim said to the patients "everyone should be ready to wait a few hours to meet me". Dr Kim said the appointment doesn't mean anything. The doctor himself said that I am very busy and famous and Dr Kim directly told patients to "go to another hospital if you don't want to wait a couple hours". Unbelievable! Dr.Kim is an absolute professional. I actually went to his location in Plainview but since it’s relatively new, I’m writing my review here. He’s extremely kind and caring. Very grateful for his service.

The explanation provided was neither accurate nor detailed, and the clinic and doctor gave off a highly commercialized vibe. I would never want to visit this podiatry clinic again.!!!!!! NOT recommend!!

The receptionist is very unkind. She said, "Wait." I waited for 10-15 minutes. She didn't respond when I asked how long I needed to wait. She needs to be trained for the service mind.
