Addison Gilbert Hospital

We are new to the area and have been very pleased with this hospital and the Lahey system. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I had a lab test at 8:14 am today and results were in my portal at 9:18 AM today. I was very impressed!

Nurses are horrible here. If you hate your job that much you need to change your profession. Especially with handling people on a really bad day. I have heard terrible things about Addison Gilbert—now I know first hand. Avoid if at all possible.

I came to the er for a heart problem, after 5 days in the cardio unit and tests between here and beverly, I can't say enough good things about the staff at the cardio unit,they excell at their job,compassionate, caring,attentative to my every needs,I had a Stent put in and today I'm going home,I want to thank all of the nurses, nurses assistants,and drs for they're kind and loving care that I received during my stay,even the persons that took my food orders were very professional and caring,again from the bottom of my heart THANK YOU !!!!😊👍💖💖

I could barely wait to add my two cents + a FIVE star-studded review to/for the Addison Gilbert ER department. What I just experienced there (yet again) was another brilliant case of top-notch care. From start to finish I was met + attended to like I was family. Seriously. They were helpful, considerate, kindly + uber attentive. ‘Kaylen’ in particular; was cued-up + sensitive. She also made me feel seen, heard + understood; all while attending to my medical needs in a timely fashion. Nurses: Myriah + Rachel are also marvy mentions and brilliant AG team players. The physician on call - Dr. Patrick Yegian, MD was amazing. I’ve also been served by Tristan, Dr. Markarian + Dr. Chin + they’re standout medical practitioners, as well. Truly. Outstanding professional service, Arrived at 10 am for Carol treatment for vertigo, receptionist outstanding, quickly admitted Nurse took vitals and Dr Markisian sp took over, one of the best ER physicians. Decided to take patient to Beverly for MRI to rule out stroke. Left at 1:15 by ambulance and returned by 2:30, absolutely outstanding service, nurses assistant etc all outstanding. Highly recommend emergency care.
