I have historically had a rough time with dentists due to a variety of reasons, including a few poor experiences with prior dentists due to mistreatment resulting in painful dental treatment by untrained and insensitive dentists. Today I saw Dr. Ornoff. I was pleasantly surprised! Not only was he incredibly kind and empathetic, he was intentional, detailed and incredibly thorough, and was very attentive. He addressed my concerns, treated me with extreme respect, and ensured he offered a proactive and precise treatment plan where he prioritized each issue based on its impact now and in the future as well as taking into account my insurance and the timeline different prior authorizations would take. I’ve been a patient with Dr. Hamid for years and the service and care has remained incredible! Ever since I was a kid up until now the staff have always been kind and Dr. Hamid still offers the best service. She always keeps me informed about my treatment plan and handles my procedures with care. Erna at the front is amazing as well she is the nicest lady you will ever meet!
