I had good opinions of this clinic. But the extremely unpredictable hours, which seemed to change week to week. Making appointments for me while being closed once. I showed up for nothing. The people there were awesome. But the complete random nature is why they are closed permanently and why i've been without my diabetes medication for months. Some days only being open 10 am - 2 pm. Like seriously? It's a shame they couldn't get it together. Because I really did like them and feel they were great at their job.

Last summer we walked in and the pharmacist arranged for us to see a doctor right away. We got the prescription we needed and were out the door within a half hour. It was such a warm environment and we got the care we needed thanks to a great staff.

The most convenient clinic in the Niagara Falls both the staff and doctor are very good and welcoming. There is no wait time than other clinics. Highly recommended.

I am pleased with my first visit to the clinic. Very polite and kind and efficient. I will not hesitate to return if necessary.

Visited this clinic in summer time with ear infection. They gave me prescription, but it was Eye drops (Tobradex) . As a result, I became deaf on one ear as infection was not treated in proper way. This people ure not professionals at all
